Q : สนใจลงทุน อยากได้ผลตอบแทนมากกว่าเงินฝากประจำ แต่ไม่อยากเสี่ยงมาก กองทุนรวมน่าสนใจป่าว?
A : กองทุนรวมมีนโยบายการลงทุนที่หลากหลาย หากจะพิจารณาเลือกลงทุน จะขึ้นอยู่กับหลายๆปัจจัย ความเสี่ยงที่นักลงทุนรับได้, ความเสี่ยงของกองทุนที่ลงทุน, ผลตอบแทนคาดหวัง, ระยะเวลาที่ต้องการลงทุน, สภาพคล่องที่ต้องการ และข้อจำกัดอื่นๆในการลงทุน

Q : ไม่อยากเสี่ยงมากขอแค่มากกว่าเงินฝากประจำก็พอใจแล้ว
A : กองทุนรวมตราสารตลาดเงิน หรือ Money Market Fund (MMF) ก็น่าจะเพียงพอ ถือเป็นกองทุนที่มีความเสี่ยงในการขาดทุนต่ำที่สุดในบรรดากองทุนทุกประเภท ปัจจุบันกองทุน MMF ในตลาดให้ผลตอบแทนอยู่ที่ 2.5%-2.8% ครับผม

Q : แล้วไงต่อ ถ้ากองทุนไปลงทุนในตราสารหนี้อายุยาวๆล่ะ
A : กองทุนจะมีความเสี่ยงเรื่องการขาดสภาพคล่องสูงขึ้น เนื่องจากการครบกำหนดอายุตราสารจะไม่ถี่เหมือนเก่า ดังนั้นวิธีที่ บลจ. ชอบใช้สำหรับผู้ลงทุนที่ต้องการผลตอบแทนสูงขึ้นมากกว่า MMF และไม่ต้องการสภาพคล่องก็คือ เปิดเสนอขายครั้งเดียว ห้ามไถ่ถอนคืนระหว่างทางที่กองทุนยังไม่ครบกำหนด โดยรับผลตอบแทนพร้อมเงินต้นตอนกองทุนครบกำหนดเท่านั้น ถ้าอายุกองทุนไม่ถึง 1 ปี เราเรียกว่า Short-term Fixed Income Fund ถ้ายาวกว่านั้นก็เปลี่ยนคำหน้าเป็น Long-term ซะ
ด้วยนโยบายการลงทุนแบบนี้ จะทำให้นักลงทุนได้ผลตอบแทนสูงขึ้นกว่า MMF หากภาวะดอกเบี้ยยังทรงๆตัว หรือเป็นขาลง แต่หากอัตราดอกเบี้ยเป็นขาขึ้น จะสังเกตุว่าเนื่องจากเราล็อคผลตอบแทนไว้แล้ว เราอาจเสียโอกาสในการรับผลตอบแทนที่สูงกว่าก็เป็นได้ ดังนั้นจะพิจารณาลงทุนในกองทุนรวมระยะสั้น หรือระยะยาว ให้ดู 2 อย่างครับ
1. สภาพคล่องที่เราต้องการกับเงินลงทุนก้อนนั้น
2. แนวโน้มอัตราดอกเบี้ยในตลาดว่ามีทิศทางอย่างไร

Q : แล้วช่วงนี้แนวโน้มเป็นยังไงอ่ะ ไม่เคยสนใจเลย (จริงๆ ได้คำตอบ ก็อาจจะไม่สนใจเหมือนเดิมนั้นล่ะ แบร่ๆ)
A : คิดซะดังเชียว ถ้าลืมจริงๆเนี่ย ไม่ตอบดีกว่า ขี้เกียจพิมพ์ เอิ๊กๆ
เงินเฟ้อพื้นฐานของประเทศไทยขยับตัวขึ้นมาที่ 1.3-1.7% ในขณะที่อัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินฝากประจำ 1 ปี 4 ธนาคารใหญ่ อยู่กันที่ 2.25%-2.75% ต่อปี แล้วแต่ธนาคาร และอาจมีแนวโน้มที่เงินเฟ้อจะปรับตัวสูงขึ้นอีก จากต้นทุนราคาน้ำมันที่กระทบกับทุกหน่วยการบริโภคและการผลิตของประเทศไทย ทำให้อัตราดอกเบี้ยที่แท้จริงนั้นไม่ได้เพิ่มอะไรมากมาย ถ้าเหตุการณ์ยังกดำเนินไปในทิศทางนี้ คาดว่าแบงก์ชาติอาจต้องปรับอัตราดอกเบี้ยขึ้นอย่างน้อย 0.25% ในไตรมาส 2 นี้ ดังนั้นปีนี้ (2008) ถือว่าเราอยู่ในช่วงอัตราดอกเบี้ยขาขึ้นครับ การล็อคผลตอบแทนยาวเกินไปไม่เป็นผลดีต้องกำไรในอนาคตของเรา ดังนั้นแนะนำลงทุนในกองทุนรวมตราสารหนี้ที่มีอายุ 3 เดือน เพื่อรอดูทีท่าของแบงกืชาติครับ หากปรับขึ้นแรงๆซัก 0.50% ซักทีอาจมีเหเลยก็ได้นะเออ…

Q : ที่บอกมาทั้งหมดนี้ คือกองทุนรวมตราสารหนี้ที่มีความเสี่ยงต่ำ?
A : .ช่แล้ว หากอึดอัดกับผลตอบแทนจากดอกเบี้ยเงินฝาก การแบ่งเงินบางส่วนเพื่อเพิ่มผลตอบแทนของเงินเราในกองทุนรวมตราสารหนี้ นับว่าน่าสนใจ และให้ผลตอบแทนที่คุณไม่อาจไม่พิจารณาได้นา… เชื่อผมๆ

Q : ความเสี่ยงต่ำเนี่ย แสดงว่ายังมีความเสี่ยง … เสี่ยงอะไร ป้องกันยังไง?
A : กองทุนรวมไม่มีผุ้รับประกันเงินต้นอย่างกระทรวงการคลังที่รับประกันเงินฝากธนาคาร เนื่องจากไปลงทุนในตราสารหนี้หลากหลายประเภท
ถ้ากองทุนไปลงทุนในพันธบัตรรัฐบาล ก็เสี่ยงต่ำหน่อย เพราะกระทรวงการคลังรับผิดชอบอยู่แล้ว แต่ถ้าเป็นตราสารหนี้ภาคเอกชน (Corporate Bond) ก็ต้องพิจารณาความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ของบริษัท

A : เฮ้ย !!…. แต่ !!

Q : หยุดนะบัดนี้!!! จะบอกว่าไปลงทุนในตราสารของบริษัทไหนบ้างก็ไม่รู้ใช่มั้ย? ทาง กลต. มีการคุ้มครองนักลงทุนโดยให้สถาบันจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือ ให้ Credit ตราสารหนี้นั้นๆ เพื่อชี้วัดถึงความสามารถในการชำระเงินครับ ปัจจุบัน Rating ในระดับที่ต่ำสุดของการลงทุนที่เรียกว่าระดับ Investment Grade คือ BBB หากต่ำกว่านี้ (BBB- ลงมา) จะถือว่ามี Credit ต่ำ ไม่ค่อยน่าเชื่อถือ หรือเสี่ยงสูงกว่าชาวบ้าน
แต่ตามกฎการลงทุน “High Risk High Expected Return” ตราสารหนี้ที่มี Rating สูง ก็ให้ผลตอบแทนที่สุงกว่าด้วยเช่นกันนะครับ ดังนั้นจำไว้อย่างหนึ่ง หากเห็นกองทุนที่ให้ผลตอบแทนสูง ให้ตั้งสมมติฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเสี่ยงสูงเช่นกัน อย่าดูที่ผลตอบแทนเพียงอย่างเดียว

วิธีการป้องกันความเสี่ยงของเราก็คือ ศึกษาตราสารหนี้ที่กองทุนไปลงทุน ดูอันดับ Credit Rating เองครับ และความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้จัดการกองทุนและ บลจ. น่าจะพอแล้วนะผมว่า ^^

Q : ตอนนี้มีกองทุนอะไรน่าสนใจบ้าง??
A : ถ้าเป็น MMF แนะนำ 3 ที่ละกัน T-CASH, K-Teasury, TMBMF ครับ

The long-awaited expansion of Suvarnabhumi Airport has been set in motion now that Airports of Thailand Plc (AoT) has agreed to proceed with the 78-billion-baht programme.

The majority state-owned and SET-listed airport operator’s board last Friday endorsed the Phase 2 development and will soon seek final consent from the Transport Ministry and the cabinet.

The expansion, which was supposed to have begun shortly after the airport opened in September 2006, would increase the passenger handling capacity of Thailand’s gateway airport by 33%, to 60 million in the next six years from 45 million currently.

Kulya Pakakrong, AoT’s senior executive vice-president, said yesterday that the expansion would deal with the crowding problem at the airport which is now operating close to its capacity.

The expansion involves building a midfield terminal and a third runway.

AoT’s decision comes at the time when the airline industry is facing a severe downturn with a marked slowdown in traffic and ballooning operating costs, all triggered by skyrocketing fuel prices.

But it responds to the airline industry’s longstanding call for AoT to deal with the congestion that had inconvenienced airlines and passengers alike.

The industry has warned that Suvarnabhumi was losing out to rival airports in Southeast Asia, namely Singapore Changi Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), as the region’s preferred air hubs due to its restricted capacity and high service fees.

Mrs Kulya insisted that the possible excess capacity at the airport resulting from the expansion was not an issue as AoT was still seeing traffic growth through Suvarnabhumi.

”Suvarnabhumi’s traffic is on course with projections for 6.5% annual growth in the near term, 5.5% in the medium term and 4% long-term,” she said.

But according to AoT figures, passenger traffic through Suvarnabhumi grew just 1.94% year-on-year in the first half of this year to 21.21 million.

AoT aims to call a tender for the airport expansion work next year and hopes to be able to start construction by the end of 2009.

About 33 billion baht of the estimated project cost would come from loans from the Japan Bank for International Co-operation (JBIC), which was a major lender for the phase-one project that cost 155 billion baht.

Mrs Kulya said AoT had already contracted a consulting company to conduct an environmental impact study for the expansion project. It will hold public hearings to explain plans to mitigate noise pollution resulting from the increased air traffic.

AOT shares closed yesterday on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 38.50 baht, unchanged, in trade worth 5.5 million baht.

Security at Suvarnabhumi international airport in Bangkok and at Chiang Mai International Airport was stepped up on Friday afternoon after supporters of the anti-government People’s Alliance for Democracy intruded into Hat Yai, Phuket and Krabi airports in the South.

The intrusion closed all three tourist-important airports, leaving passengers stranded.

All fights to and from both airports have reportedly been cancelled after thousands of PAD supporters blocked their entrances and entered the airport buildings to demand that the government stops using force against the protesters in Bangkok.

Most designers would have heard of the term ‘CSS Frameworks’, for those who don’t know or aren’t sure, here is a brief description from: Wikipedia:

A CSS framework is a library that is meant to allow for easier, more standards-compliant styling of a webpage using the Cascading Style Sheets language. Just like programming and scripting language libraries, CSS frameworks package a number of ready-made options for designing and outlaying a webpage. .

Sounds great doesn’t it, something that is going to make designing and developing a website that little bit easier. It will take away the repeating of the same old boring stuff and if you write your framework correctly you will be guaranteed your code will meet W3C recommendations. That will leave you plenty of time to design your site, the fun side of the job!

There are a number of Frameworks you can freely download and use, you will need a fair bit of CSS knowledge, some patience and a fair bit of time to get yourself familiar with the layout. The page layout structure is pretty standard across almost all Frameworks, it could be: Header; Main Content; Sub Content; Local Nav; Main Nav; Footer. They also have simple layout structures: Vertical Nav; Horizontal Nav; One Column; Two Column… The variations on structure goes on and on… Any structure you want, basically.

What I am trying to say is that if you are a serious designer/developer you need to use a good Framework, something that in the long term is going to save you a lot frustrations and time. Maybe you will or already have written your own Framework. I have my own, well two actually. One purely for Wordpress and one for everything else. Not much difference in the two, but I do like to follow a particular method when designing for Wordpress, just my preference.

There is a lot more to CSS Frameworks than I have written here, but I am not going to bore you, download them and try them out. If you don’t like it don’t use, its not for everyone. As with everything else in the world there are a few critics of CSS Frameworks, the pros do outnumber the cons, its all about opinion.

สาระสำคัญของกฎหมายฉบับนี้ นอกจากจะกำหนดว่า การกระทำใดบ้างเกี่ยวกับคอม พิวเตอร์ที่ถือเป็นการกระทำผิดตามกฎหมาย แล้วยังระบุให้หน่วยงานที่ใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตหรือ ให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ต ต้องจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ถูกต้องและเชื่อถือได้ เพื่อใช้เป็นพยานหลักฐานสำคัญในการดำเนินคดี และต้องเก็บไว้ไม่น้อยกว่า 90 วัน

โดย “ข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์” จะหมายถึงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการติดต่อสื่อสารของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งแสดงถึงแหล่งกำเนิด ต้นทาง ปลายทางเส้นทาง วันที่ ปริมาณ ระยะเวลาชนิดของบริการหรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดต่อสื่อสารของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์นั้น ๆ

และตามประกาศกฎกระทรวงไอซีทีเรื่องหลักเกณฑ์การจัดเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว ระบุในข้อ 9 ว่า “เพื่อให้ข้อมูลจราจรมีความถูกต้องและนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง ผู้บริการจะต้องตั้งนาฬิกาของอุปกรณ์ทุกชนิดให้ตรงกับเวลาอ้างอิงสากล (Stratum 0) โดยผิดพลาดไม่เกิน 10 มิลลิวินาที”

This virus also known as Win32.Worm.Autoit.AL - BitDefender, this worm tries to impersonate a friendly application one that wants to protect your removable drives from other pieces of malware.

It also includes a readme file that reads:
“This tiny software is used to protect removable storage devices from
worms that are spread from one PC to another. “

If you follow the link above, this virus was discovered by BitDefender on 24th July 2008. I scanned using Avira Antivir Personal - Free Edition(Updated) on 18 August 2008 & the scan finished without any virus detection. That is almost a month, Avira still doesn’t recognized it as a virus. I read through the virus information on BitDefender(above link) & found nice thing about the virus :

“this worm will remove all files from C:\heap41a that are related to other malicious programs it enables TaskManager if is disabled” - BitDefender

But at the same time it will download backdoor files..

The malicious file would copy itself to :

c:\Program Files\FlashGuard\FlashGuard.exe
c:\Program Files\FlashGuard\ReadMe.txt
c:\DocumentsandSettings\**UserProfile\LocalSettings\Temp\DriveGuard.tmp.exe
c:\DocumentsandSettings\**UserProfile\LocalSettings\Temp\gHmpg.tmp.exe

It create folders in your pendrive & copy itself to :

f:\System\Security\DriveGuard.exe *

Removal Guide :

Select ‘Startup’ tab, select & uncheck FlashGuard. Click ‘Apply’ to take effect..

Delete Registry Entry : Go to Start Menu>>Run, type regedit & click ‘Ok’
Browse to :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\FlashGuard
Select FlashGuard, right-click on it & delete..

FlashGuard.exe cleaned..
If you new on manually on removing virus, this guide also useful for other type of virus too, especially the type that infecting removable drive(pendrive/flashdrive/memory card). It also depend on how strong the viruses, some viruses replicate itself with random/different file name(hard to find). As you can see FlashGuard.exe replicate itself as DriveGuard.tmp.exe & gHmpg.tmp.exe.

นายกสมาคมค้าทองคำแจงราคาทองระยะสั้นยังไร้ทิศทาง หลังถูกทุบราคาหนักในช่วง 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา คาดอยู่ในกรอบ 750-850 ดอลล์ต่อออนซ์

กรุงเทพธุรกิจ ออนไลน์ : นายจิตติ ตั้งสิทธิ์ภักดี นายกสมาคมค้าทองคำ กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันราคาทองคำมีความผันผวนมากและยังไม่มีทิศทางที่ชัดเจน ซึ่งคาดว่าอาจจะต้องรอประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์อาจจะเริ่มเห็นสัญญาณที่ชัดเจนของราคาทองคำได้

อย่างไรก็ตาม ความผันผวนของทองคำที่เกิดขึ้นนี้ ยังไม่สามารถสรุปได้ว่าเกิดจากกองทุนในต่างประเทศทุบราคาทองคำลงมาเพื่อที่จะเข้ามาช้อนเก็บเพิ่ม หรือเกิดจากการโยกจากทองคำไปลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ประเภทอื่น

“ตลาดทองคำตอนนี้ ยังไม่สามารถที่จะวิเคราะห์ได้ชัดเจน เพราะถ้าจะเปลี่ยนจากทองไปลงทุนในสินทรัพย์อื่น ทองคำไม่น่าจะขาดตลาด ซึ่งตอนนี้ ทองคำในตลาดโลกขาดตลาดซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่แปลก ในขณะเดียวกันก็มีข่าวออกมาว่าจอร์จ โซรอสจะเข้ามาลงทุนในทองคำซึ่งถ้าจะเข้ามาลงทุนในทองคำราคาก็น่าจะขึ้นไม่ใช่ลง ดังนั้นตอนนี้ตลาดยังไม่ชัดเจน”

นายตจิตติ กล่าวว่า ราคาทองคำถูกทุบลงอย่างแรงตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 ก.ค.2551 เป็นต้นมา จากระดับ 15,450 บาท และมาทุบอีกครั้งช่วง 10-15 ส.ค. ที่ผ่านมา โดยราคาปรับตัวลงมาแล้วประมาณ 2,600 บาทต่อทองคำ 1 บาท จึงทำให้นักลงทุนในประเทศแห่กันมาซื้อทองเพราะมองว่าราคาปรับตัวลงมามาก

นอกจากนี้ นักลงทุนที่เคยขายทองไปก่อนหน้าที่ราคาจะปรับตัวลงก็กลับเข้ามาซื้อใหม่ ซึ่งจะเห็นว่าพฤติกรรมของผู้ลงทุนในทองคำปัจจุบันเป็นการเก็งกำไรส่วนใหญ่ หลังจากในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ทองคำให้ผลตอบแทนเฉลี่ย 8-10% ต่อปี จึงทำให้มีคนเริ่มเข้ามาสนใจลงทุนในทองคำมากขึ้น

“แม้ราคาทองคำจะปรับตัวลงมามาก แต่ก็มีความผันผวน หากนักลงทุนทั้งระยะยาวและนักเก็งกำไร จะเข้ามาลงทุนในทองคำช่วงนี้ก็สามารถทำได้ แต่อาจจะแบ่งเงินมาลงทุนเพียง 30-40% เท่านั้น หากราคาทองคำปรับตัวลงอีก ก็ทยอยซื้อเพิ่มหรือหากราคาทองปรับตัวสูงขึ้นก็ทยอยขาย น่าจะเหมาะสมกว่า เพราะราคาทองคำตอนนี้ก็ถือว่าค่อนข้างถูกมีความเสี่ยงในขาลงค่อนข้างน้อย” เขากล่าวและ ประเมินทองคำน่าจะมีกรอบการเคลื่อนไหวในช่วงนี้ระหว่าง 750-850 ดอลลาร์ต่อออนซ์

ด้าน ดร.ศุภกร สุนทรกิจ รองกรรมการผู้จัดการ สายบริหารกองทุน บลจ.เอ็มเอฟซี กล่าวว่า ราคาทองคำในช่วงที่ผ่านมาปรับตัวลดลงมากจากทิศทางของเงินดอลลาร์ที่แข็งค่าขึ้น แต่มองว่าน่าจะเป็นเหตุการณ์ระยะสั้นเท่านั้น เพราะค่าเงินดอลลาร์ในระยะยาวเองยังมีแนวโน้มที่จะอ่อนค่าต่อเนื่อง จากปัญหาของสหรัฐเอง

แต่ช่วงที่ผ่านมาจากเศรษฐกิจของยุโรปและญี่ปุ่นที่เริ่มอ่อนแอเมื่อเทียบกับเศรษฐกิจสหรัฐ ทำให้คนมองว่าอาจจะตามมาด้วยการลดอัตราดอกเบี้ย จึงทำให้เงินดอลลาร์ในระยะสั้นแข็งค่าขึ้นมา ซึ่งผู้ลงทุนที่ลงทุนในทองคำคงต้องติดตามภาวะเศรษฐกิจของ 2 กลุ่มนี้ประกอบด้วย เพราะจะเกี่ยวพันถึงทิศทางของค่าเงินดอลลาร์เช่นเดียวกัน และจะส่งผลมาถึงราคาทองคำในตลาดโลกด้วย แต่ในระยะยาวยังเชื่อว่าราคาทองคำยังมีแนวโน้มเป็นขาขึ้นอยู่

“ภายในสิ้นปีมองว่าราคาทองคำน่าจะยืนได้ที่ระดับ 850 ดอลลาร์ต่อออนซ์ สำหรับกองทุนเอ็มเอฟซี โกลบอล สมาร์ท ฟันด์ (MGS) ที่มีการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์หลายประเภทรวมทั้งทองคำในช่วงที่ผ่านมาก็ได้ขายทองคำทิ้งไป ก่อนที่จะกลับเข้ามาซื้ออีกครั้งที่ระดับ 790 ดอลลาร์ต่อออนซ์ โดยมีสัดส่วนประมาณ 4-5% ของพอร์ต เพราะยังไม่เห็นทิศทางที่ชัดเจน จึงไม่ลงทุนมากนัก คงต้องติดตามดูความเคลื่อนไหวของราคาทองคำอย่างใกล้ชิดต่อไป”

ด้านนายอนุสรณ์ บูรณกานนท์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บลจ.บีที กล่าวว่า ราคาทองคำมีความผันผวนมากในช่วงที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งมองว่าราคาทองคำยังอยู่ในช่วงของการปรับฐานแต่ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนแนวโน้มเป็นขาลง เพียงแต่ปัจจุบันราคาทองคำยังไม่นิ่ง ยังสามารถที่จะปรับลงได้อีกเพื่อหาจุดต่ำสุด ก่อนที่ราคาจะรีบาวด์กลับขึ้นไปใหม่เท่านั้น ซึ่งตอนนี้มองว่าราคาทองคำยังอยู่ในระหว่างปรับฐานอยู่

อย่างไรก็ตามความผันผวนของราคาทองคำไม่ได้ส่งผลกระทบกับ กองทุนรวมบีที FIF โกลด์ ลิงค์ ฟันด์ 2 และ 3 ของบริษัท มากนัก เพราะผลตอบแทนของกองทุนทั้ง 2 กองนี้ลิงค์กับความผันผวนของทองคำ ซึ่งปัจจุบันกองทุนรวมบีที FIF โกลด์ ลิงค์ ฟันด์ 2 ให้ผลตอบแทนขั้นต่ำได้แล้ว 4.6% ในขณะที่กองทุนรวมบีที FIF โกลด์ ลิงค์ ฟันด์ 3 ให้ผลตอบแทนขั้นต่ำได้ที่ 6.0% เป็นขั้นต่ำที่นักลงทุนได้แน่ๆ แล้ว
